The Radius

The Radius is a cultural calendar of events to check daily to take advantage of any number of free or low cost theater, dance, art, spoken word, music, and literary events taking place each and every day right where we live.

The Radius was inspired by the increasing number of exciting, enriching, cultural events in the Brooklyn Academy of Music BAM Cultural District and surrounding neighborhoods that include diversity, collaboration, and emerging and traditional culture. Some events involve social action, others pure fun, others teach about history or the future, and some events are geared to or welcome children.
